ClickUp Integration ​

Overview ​

The ClickUp integration links your ClickUp workspace to Flaio, enabling task syncing and progress tracking.

Setup ​

  1. Go to Organization Settings > Integrations > ClickUp.
  2. Click Connect ClickUp to start the OAuth flow.
  3. Authorize Flaio to access your ClickUp workspace.
  4. Select the workspaces and lists you want to sync.

Features ​

Workspace Linking ​

Connect your ClickUp workspace to your Flaio organization. You can scope the integration to specific spaces, folders, or lists.

Task Syncing ​

Flaio syncs tasks from your connected ClickUp lists, including:

  • Task name and description
  • Status and priority
  • Assignees and tags

Webhooks ​

Flaio registers a webhook with ClickUp to receive real-time task updates. Changes made in ClickUp are reflected in Flaio sessions automatically.

Status Tracking ​

Session progress in Flaio can be reflected back to ClickUp task statuses, keeping both tools in sync.

Troubleshooting ​

  • OAuth fails — ensure you have admin access to the ClickUp workspace
  • Tasks not syncing — verify that the correct lists are selected in the integration settings
  • Webhook not working — check that the webhook is active in your ClickUp workspace settings
