Linear Integration
Overview
The Linear integration connects your Linear workspace to Flaio, enabling issue syncing, team mapping, and automatic status updates.
Setup
- Go to Organization Settings > Integrations > Linear.
- Click Connect Linear to start the OAuth flow.
- Authorize Flaio to access your Linear workspace.
- Select the Linear teams you want to sync.
Features
Team Mapping
Map Linear teams to your Flaio teams. Issues from mapped Linear teams will be available within the corresponding Flaio team context.
Issue Syncing
Flaio syncs issues from your connected Linear teams, including:
- Issue title and description
- Status and priority
- Assignees and labels
Status Updates
When a session progresses, Flaio can automatically update the linked Linear issue status. This keeps your Linear board in sync without manual updates.
Token Refresh
Flaio automatically handles Linear OAuth token refresh, so your integration stays connected without manual re-authorization.
Comment Sync
Comments and updates from Flaio sessions can be synced back to Linear issues.
Troubleshooting
- OAuth fails — ensure you have admin access to the Linear workspace
- Issues not syncing — verify that the correct Linear teams are selected in the integration settings
- Token expired — Flaio handles token refresh automatically, but if issues persist, try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration
